The October early Winter Storm

October 29th - Early Winter Storm Hits East Coast! Yes, we were really hit by the early winter storm, this within 3 months of Irene that did a job on us. The real damage was caused by the fact the trees had not shed their leaves. The snow being wet and heavy coated the leaves increasing the weight of the branches. This was the perfect receipt for disaster. We were out of power for 4 days - it got very cold in the house. Take a look at the pictures and you’ll see what happened.
